Imagine a healthcare system where decisions are informed by personalized care profiles and predictive analytics, improving the health of all patients.

Meet our founder

Nassib Chamoun

We build data analytics that deliver insights—quickly and transparently—to solve real problems for patients, populations, and ACOs.

Creating a new life

As a teenager living in Beirut, Nassib experienced the horror of a civil war that divided and destroyed the once-beautiful city. He narrowly escaped execution by militants and lived with the constant danger of sniper crossfire, and the terror of relentless shelling. He was able to leave the violence behind by enrolling in Northeastern University and then went on to graduate studies at Boston University and the Harvard School of Public Health.

During this time, Nassib met two men who would become his life-long friends and mentors: the late Bernard Lown, MD, pioneering cardiologist, humanitarian, and Nobel Peace Prize winner, and the late Charlie Zraket, former CEO of Mitre Corp. Both nurtured his love of data-driven problem solving and inspired him to focus his life’s work on finding insights to complex questions that will have a positive impact on society.

Margie Ahearn, VP HR

“We’re building something special here — an incredibly talented, diverse, and inclusive team where employees feel appreciated and welcomed.”

Edwin Kania, Founding Investor

“By providing Bloomberg-like insights and analytics, HDAI has more potential to drive improvement in the healthcare system to the benefit of patients, providers, and payors than any project I’ve worked on in my four decades as a venture capital investor.”

Carola Endicott, Customer Engagement and Marketing

“HDAI is a place where kindness matters.”

Phil Devlin, COO

“I have the deepest respect for clinical expertise and judgement, and I know that nothing we do should ever replace that. Enhance, augment, but never replace.”
